Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TruIntel platform, including the website, dashboard, Session Room, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is a professional mentorship and upskilling marketplace owned and operated by TW Technology Solutions (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2019/243460/07) ("TruIntel", "we", "us"), a private company incorporated in the Republic of South Africa with its registered office at 74 Rockdale Avenue, Westville, KwaZulu-Natal.

By creating an account, booking a session, or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

• "Learner". a user who books and pays for Sessions.
• "Mentor". a verified user who offers mentorship Sessions through the Platform.
• "Session". a one-on-one mentorship session held in the Session Room.
• "Session Room". the live video environment on the Platform in which Sessions are held, including the camera, microphone, screen-share, whiteboard, and chat features.
• "Booking". a confirmed, paid reservation of a Session at a specific time.
• "Commission". the platform fee retained by TruIntel on every paid Session, at the tiered rate described in section 9.
• "Skills Programme". an accredited or employer-funded learnership or skills programme administered through the Platform, as described in §7.
• "Content". text, audio, video, whiteboard data, recordings, and other material created on the Platform.
• "Consumer". a natural person or qualifying juristic person to whom goods or services are marketed, offered, or supplied in the ordinary course of business, as contemplated in section 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 ("CPA"). A Learner transacting on the Platform is generally a Consumer for purposes of the CPA.
• "Personal Information". has the meaning given in section 1 of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 ("POPIA"), namely information relating to an identifiable, living, natural person or, where applicable, an identifiable, existing juristic person.
• "Electronic Communication". a communication by means of data messages, as contemplated in the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 ("ECTA"). Bookings, confirmations, invoices, refunds, account notices, and these Terms are issued as Electronic Communications.
• "Responsible Party". has the meaning given in section 1 of POPIA, namely the public or private body, or any other person, which alone or with others determines the purpose of and means for processing Personal Information. TW Technology Solutions (Pty) Ltd is the Responsible Party in respect of Personal Information processed on the Platform.
• "Operator". has the meaning given in section 1 of POPIA, namely a person who processes Personal Information for a Responsible Party in terms of a contract or mandate, without coming under the direct authority of that party. Third-party sub-processors engaged by TruIntel (for example, hosting, payment, and communications providers) act as Operators.
• "Information Officer". the head of the Responsible Party, or a duly-designated alternate, appointed in terms of section 55 of POPIA and the Regulations thereunder, with responsibility for compliance with POPIA.

Users outside the Republic of South Africa may have additional rights under their local law (for example, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation). Refer to the Privacy Policy for the cross-border position.

3. Eligibility & account creation

• You must be at least 18 years old, and have full legal capacity to conclude a binding agreement, to create an account or transact on the Platform, whether as a Learner or as a Mentor. TruIntel is a professional mentorship and upskilling marketplace for adults; it is not directed at children, and accounts may not be created by or on behalf of persons under 18 (see section 16 of the Privacy Policy).
• Mentors must be legally permitted to provide mentorship services in their jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• Admin vetting. Every account is reviewed and approved by our team before it can transact. We may request identity verification and, for Mentors, professional evidence (for example certificates and qualifications, a LinkedIn profile, portfolio links, or an introduction video). The verification and vetting data we process are described in section 2 of the Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
• One person, one account. Multiple accounts per individual are prohibited unless explicitly authorised by us.
• If we learn that an account has been created by or for a person under 18, we will close the account and delete the associated Personal Information in accordance with POPIA section 35 and the Privacy Policy.

4. Learner obligations

• Pay for booked Sessions at the rate listed on the Mentor's profile at the time of booking.
• Attend booked Sessions promptly and prepared.
• Treat Mentors with respect and professionalism (see Code of conduct).
• Provide honest, fact-based reviews after Sessions.
• Do not solicit Mentors to provide mentorship off-platform to evade commission. See section 15.

5. Mentor obligations

• Maintain accurate availability through the calendar, learners rely on it.
• Show up on time, prepared, and ready to mentor.
• Honour the rate, duration, and subject matter advertised on your profile.
• Respond to learner messages within 48 hours on business days.
• Comply with all applicable tax laws in your jurisdiction. TruIntel does not withhold tax on mentor earnings, you are responsible for declaring and paying income tax on your earnings.
• Hold any qualifications, certifications, or licences required to provide mentorship in the fields you list.
• Do not solicit learners to move off-platform. See section 15.

6. Bookings & scheduling

• Sessions are booked in the Learner's local timezone, which is automatically converted to the Mentor's timezone.
• A Booking is confirmed only once payment has been authorised by PayPal.
• Learners may reschedule a Booking up to 24 hours before the Session at no charge.
• Mentors may decline a Booking within 4 hours of receiving it; in that case, the Learner is fully refunded.
• A Session is considered "completed" once both parties join the Session Room and at least 50% of the booked duration has elapsed, or one party has remained for the full duration after the other failed to join.

Electronic transactions and the ECTA cooling-off period

A Booking placed through the Platform is an electronic transaction within the meaning of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 ("ECTA"). Where a Consumer who is a natural person concludes an electronic transaction with TruIntel, section 44 of ECTA provides a right to cancel the transaction without reason and without penalty within seven (7) days after the date of conclusion of the agreement.

• Important exception (s 44(2)). The ECTA cooling-off right does not apply to services where performance begins, with the Consumer's consent, before the seven-day cooling-off period has expired. By confirming a Booking and agreeing to the scheduled session time, the Learner expressly consents to performance commencing on the booked session date. Once a Session has been delivered (in whole or in material part), the ECTA s 44 right falls away.
• Where performance has not yet begun (for example, a Booking made well in advance of the session date), the Learner may exercise the s 44 cooling-off right by emailing quickfix@tw-tech.co.za within seven days of the Booking, and TruIntel will refund the session fee in full subject to PayPal settlement timing (see §18).
• The refund-and-cancellation tiers in §10 are in addition to, and not in derogation of, any non-excludable statutory rights you have under ECTA, the CPA, or other applicable South African law.
• Users outside South Africa may have additional or different rights under their local consumer-protection law and should consult the Privacy Policy and their local regulator for the cross-border position.

7. Skills-development programmes

TruIntel supports accredited and employer-funded skills-development programmes in South Africa, including learnerships and skills programmes within the framework administered by the QCTO and the SETAs (each a "Skills Programme"). If you enrol in a Skills Programme, the following applies in addition to the rest of these Terms:

• Tripartite agreements. Participation in a learnership may require a tripartite agreement between the Learner, the sponsoring employer, and the training provider. Where this applies, the agreement must be concluded before the programme starts and its terms apply alongside these Terms.
• Employer sponsor visibility. Where your participation is funded or sponsored by an employer, that sponsor's designated contact receives your enrolment status, attendance, workplace logbook evidence, assessment progress, and completion or certification outcome, as described in section 8 of the Privacy Policy.
• Statutory registration and reporting. Learnership agreements are registered with the relevant SETA, and learner registration, progress, and achievement data are reported to the SETA, the QCTO, and the National Learners' Records Database (NLRD) to the extent required by the Skills Development Act, 1998, the National Qualifications Framework Act, 2008, and their regulations. These disclosures are a condition of participating in an accredited programme and cannot be opted out of while you remain enrolled.
• Completion and certification. Completion, certification, and the award of credits or qualifications depend on the applicable assessment and accreditation requirements of the relevant SETA and the QCTO. TruIntel does not itself award qualifications and does not guarantee any certification outcome (see §17).
• Fees and funding. Programme fees, funding type, and any grant or invoicing arrangements are as recorded in the applicable enrolment agreement.

8. Payments

• All payments are processed by PayPal (the contracting PayPal group entity is the one identified in PayPal's user agreement for your country). TruIntel never sees or stores your full card details.
• Prices are displayed and charged in USD by default; PayPal handles currency conversion at its prevailing rate.
• Funds are held by TruIntel until the Session is completed, then released for mentor payout (see section 9).
• You authorise TruIntel to charge the payment method on file for any Sessions booked, plus applicable taxes.
• The full PayPal disclaimer, including how risks, delays, holds, currency conversion, and dispute outcomes on PayPal's side are allocated, is set out in §18 (Payment processor disclaimer) and forms part of these Terms.

9. Commission & mentor payouts

TruIntel retains a tiered commission on every paid Session, from 25% for new mentors down to 10% at the top (Pro) tier, so mentors keep between 75% and 90% of every booking. Founding cohort mentors are locked at the 10% top-tier rate from their first session. The commission funds platform infrastructure, payment processing, support, and marketing.

• Payouts are made weekly, every Friday, for all Sessions completed in the prior calendar week, via PayPal Payouts or, where the Mentor elects it, by EFT to the bank account the Mentor supplies.
• Minimum payout threshold: USD 25. Earnings below this roll over to the next payout cycle.
• PayPal transfer fees (where charged by PayPal) are deducted from the mentor's payout.
• Mentors are responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on their earnings.

10. Refunds & cancellations

Refund requests must be submitted via quickfix@tw-tech.co.za. TruIntel aims to authorise refunds within 5 business days of receipt. The final crediting of funds back to the Learner's payment method is then subject to PayPal's settlement window and the receiving bank's clearing timing, neither of which is within TruIntel's control. The allocation of risk for PayPal-side delays, holds, and reversals is set out in §18 (Payment processor disclaimer).

Nothing in this section limits any right you may have under non-excludable South African consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 and the cooling-off right under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 (see §6). Users outside South Africa may have additional rights under their local law.

11. Session Room, usage rules

• The Session Room uses your browser's camera, microphone, and (optionally) screen-share APIs. Access is granted only with your explicit browser-level permission per session.
• Recording a Session requires explicit, opt-in consent from both parties at the start of the Session. Recording without consent is a material breach of these Terms.
• Where both parties have consented, recordings are stored encrypted and retained for 30 days from the session date, then deleted automatically, unless a participant elects to save the recording, as described in section 10 of the Privacy Policy.
• Whiteboard contents and chat messages may be retained for the Session participants' future reference; either party may request deletion, subject to legal retention requirements and open disputes. Messages are subject to the automated safety screening and administrator review described in section 5 of the Privacy Policy.
• Reactions, gestures, and audio gesture detection (clap detection) are processed locally in your browser and are not stored.
• You must not use the Session Room to record, distribute, or publicly display another user's likeness, voice, or contributions without their written consent.

12. Content & intellectual property

• Your Content remains yours. You retain all ownership and intellectual-property rights in the Content you create on the Platform (including notes, whiteboard work, session plans, recordings, profile bios, intro videos, and reviews).
• Licence to TruIntel. By posting, uploading, or generating Content on the Platform, you grant TruIntel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to host, store, cache, reproduce, display, transmit, adapt for technical delivery, and, only where you have given consent in accordance with §11, record that Content, in each case strictly for the purpose of operating, providing, securing, and improving the Services. This licence terminates when the Content is removed from the Platform, save for reasonable retention required for backups, audit, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and the enforcement of these Terms.
• TruIntel IP. TruIntel's branding, code, design system, user interface, the Platform itself, and aggregated platform data are owned by TW Technology Solutions (Pty) Ltd and protected by copyright and trade-mark laws.
• No scraping or commercial reuse. You may not scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, or reproduce the Platform or its Content for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Takedown and notice-and-takedown. If you believe Content on the Platform infringes your intellectual-property rights, violates POPIA, defames you, or otherwise breaches these Terms or applicable law, please email quickfix@tw-tech.co.za with: (a) your identity and contact details; (b) a description of the Content and its location on the Platform (URL or Session reference); (c) the basis for your complaint; and (d) where applicable, a statement made in good faith that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on the rights holder's behalf. TruIntel will assess the request, may take down the Content pending review, and will respond within a reasonable time. This process is provided in addition to any statutory take-down process under Chapter XI of ECTA.

13. Code of conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against any user on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic.
• Share sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate material.
• Attempt to circumvent payments, commission, or platform rules.
• Upload malware, spam, or content that violates third-party rights.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your qualifications.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without our written consent.

Message screening. Messages sent on the Platform are automatically screened at the time of sending for abusive content and for attempts to move payment or contact off the Platform, and flagged messages are reviewed by authorised administrators, as described in section 5 of the Privacy Policy. By using the messaging features you expressly consent to this automated screening and to administrator review of flagged content. Enforcement action under these Terms may be taken on the basis of that review.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination (see section 15) and, in serious cases, referral to law enforcement.

14. Reviews & ratings

• Learners may leave a star rating (1 to 5) and written review after a completed Session.
• Reviews must be honest, fact-based, and free of personal attacks, profanity, or content that violates the Code of Conduct.
• Mentors may respond publicly to reviews. They may not pressure learners to alter or remove reviews.
• TruIntel may remove reviews that violate these Terms but does not edit reviews on a mentor's behalf.

15. Suspension & termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms.
• Repeated late cancellations, no-shows, or low ratings (below 3.5★ averaged over 10+ Sessions) may result in mentor de-listing.
• Off-platform solicitation. explicitly arranging Sessions or payments outside TruIntel to evade commission, is a serious breach. First offence: warning + commission charge on the off-platform Session. Second offence: permanent termination.
• You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. Closure does not relieve you of obligations relating to Bookings already made.
• Sections 12 (Content & IP), 16 (Liability), 17 (Mentorship service disclaimer), 18 (Payment processor disclaimer), 19 (Indemnity), and 20 (Disputes & governing law) survive termination.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• TruIntel is a marketplace; we are not the employer of Mentors and do not warrant the accuracy of any Mentor's qualifications, the quality of any Session, or any specific learning outcome.
• TruIntel's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms is capped at the greater of (i) USD 100, or (ii) the total fees paid by you to TruIntel in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by South African law.

Consumer-rights carve-out. Nothing in this §16 limits, excludes, or modifies any right that a Consumer has under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 or any other applicable South African law where that right cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement. Users outside South Africa may have additional non-excludable rights under their local consumer law and should consult the Privacy Policy for the cross-border position.

17. Mentorship service disclaimer

TruIntel is a professional mentorship and upskilling marketplace that connects Learners with independent Mentors for one-to-one Sessions. By using the Platform you acknowledge and agree to the following.

• Informational and educational only. All Sessions, session plans, notebook entries, recordings, AI-generated content, whiteboards, chat messages, and any other material delivered through the Platform (collectively, "Content") are provided strictly for general informational and educational purposes.
• Not professional advice. Content does not constitute legal, financial, tax, investment, accounting, medical, mental-health, psychological, career-placement, immigration, or any other regulated professional advice, even where a Mentor is independently licensed or qualified in such a field. You must not rely on Content as a substitute for advice from an appropriately licensed professional engaged directly by you.
• Independent practitioners. Mentors are independent contractors. They are not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, or representatives of TruIntel. TruIntel does not control, supervise, direct, or endorse the manner in which Mentors deliver Sessions or the substance of any Content.
• No outcome guarantees. TruIntel does not warrant or guarantee any specific learning outcome, examination result, certification, qualification, accreditation, employment outcome, salary increase, business result, return on investment, or any other measurable result arising from your use of the Platform.
• Verification has limits. TruIntel vets every account before it can transact and verifies Mentor identity and professional evidence, as described in the Privacy Policy. Verification establishes a baseline of trust but does not warrant the ongoing accuracy of any qualification, the suitability of any Mentor for your needs, or the quality of any specific Session.
• No certificates issued by TruIntel. Outside a Skills Programme (§7), the Platform does not award degrees, diplomas, formal certifications, or accreditation, and any certificate, attestation, or letter of completion issued by a Mentor is issued by that Mentor in their personal capacity, not on behalf of TruIntel; TruIntel makes no representation as to its validity, recognition, or weight with any third party. Within a Skills Programme, completion and certification depend on the applicable assessment and accreditation requirements of the relevant SETA and the QCTO (see §7).
• AI-assisted content. Features described as "AI", "automated", or "generated" (including AI study packs, session summaries, session plans, and mentor matching) are produced with the assistance of third-party AI service providers, may contain inaccuracies or omissions, and must be reviewed by you before reliance. Content processed by those providers is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. TruIntel does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated Content.
• Reliance is at your own risk. Any reliance you place on Content, on a Mentor's representations, on a Session outcome, or on Platform information is strictly at your own risk.
• User-generated Content. Mentors and Learners post Content on the Platform. TruIntel does not pre-vet user-generated Content and is not the publisher of such Content. Reports of unlawful or policy-violating Content should be sent to quickfix@tw-tech.co.za for review and removal where appropriate.
• Adults only. The Platform is intended for users aged 18 and older. Accounts may not be created by or on behalf of persons under 18 (see §3).
• No fiduciary or professional relationship. Nothing on the Platform creates a fiduciary, attorney-client, doctor-patient, financial-advisor, or similar professional relationship between you and TruIntel.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruIntel disclaims any and all liability arising from the Content, the conduct of Mentors, the conduct of Learners, the outcome of any Session, or any reliance placed on the Platform's mentorship and upskilling features. This disclaimer is in addition to, and does not limit, the limitation of liability set out in §16. The closing carve-outs in §16 (fraud, gross negligence, and non-excludable liabilities under South African law including, where applicable, the Consumer Protection Act, 2008) apply equally to this section.

18. Payment processor disclaimer (PayPal)

All payments to and from the Platform, including session bookings, wallet top-ups, refunds, and Mentor payouts, are processed by PayPal Holdings, Inc., its affiliates, and any partner financial institutions (collectively, "PayPal"). TruIntel is not a payment processor, money transmitter, electronic-money issuer, or financial institution, and does not hold, custody, or invest user funds. By initiating a payment, top-up, or withdrawal you acknowledge and agree to the following.

• PayPal's terms govern the payment relationship. Your authorisation, processing, and settlement of any payment is governed by PayPal's then-current User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and acceptable-use policies, which you accept directly with PayPal when you authorise the transaction. TruIntel is not a party to that agreement.
• Issues on PayPal's side are PayPal's responsibility. TruIntel disclaims any liability for, and you agree to look solely to PayPal in respect of:
  • failed, declined, delayed, reversed, frozen, or held transactions caused by PayPal's risk controls, fraud screens, or compliance reviews;
  • PayPal account restrictions, limitations, suspensions, closures, or balance holds;
  • delays in settlement, withdrawal, or payout caused by PayPal, by any correspondent bank, or by the user's own receiving bank;
  • currency-conversion losses, foreign-exchange-rate movement, or PayPal's prevailing conversion spread;
  • PayPal transaction fees, cross-border fees, chargeback fees, refund fees, or any other fees imposed by PayPal;
  • buyer-protection, seller-protection, or dispute-resolution outcomes determined by PayPal;
  • any service interruption, outage, or downtime affecting PayPal's APIs or PayPal's website;
  • any breach of PayPal's systems, regardless of cause.
• Chargebacks and disputes. Where a payment is disputed (including chargebacks initiated through PayPal or a card network), the dispute is adjudicated under PayPal's processes. TruIntel will cooperate with the parties in good faith and provide reasonable evidence on request, but TruIntel cannot override, reverse, or accelerate PayPal's determinations.
• No card or banking credentials stored. TruIntel does not see, receive, or store full card numbers, CVV codes, PayPal passwords, or bank-account credentials. The security of those credentials is your responsibility and PayPal's. You should never share your PayPal password or banking credentials with anyone, including any person claiming to represent TruIntel.
• Withdrawal timing. Mentor payouts are computed and queued by the Platform on the cadence set out in §9, but the final receipt of funds depends on PayPal's settlement timing or, for EFT payouts, the interbank clearing process, and the receiving bank's clearing window, none of which is within TruIntel's control.
• KYC, AML, and sanctions screening. PayPal performs its own know-your-customer, anti-money-laundering, and sanctions-screening checks. You must satisfy those checks to transact. TruIntel may, but is not required to, perform supplementary checks; in either case, the underlying obligation rests with PayPal and with you.
• Security notification from TruIntel. When you initiate a PayPal action from within the Platform (session payment, wallet top-up, or withdrawal), TruIntel sends an in-app notification and a security email confirming that PayPal was opened from your account. This notice is provided as a security audit trail to help you spot unauthorised activity; it does not constitute confirmation by TruIntel that PayPal accepted, processed, or settled the transaction. PayPal sends its own transactional notifications independently.
• Tax responsibility. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes, levies, duties, or withholding obligations applicable to income received through the Platform or to consideration paid for sessions. TruIntel does not provide tax advice and does not act as your tax agent.
• No financial advice. Nothing in the Platform's wallet, top-up, withdrawal, or earnings features constitutes a regulated financial product, a deposit-taking service, or financial advice as defined under the South African Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 2002 (FAIS) or equivalent foreign legislation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruIntel's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any payment-related matter remains subject to the cap set out in §16. The carve-outs in §16 (fraud, gross negligence, and non-excludable liabilities under South African law including, where applicable, the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002) apply equally to this section.

19. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TruIntel, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

This indemnity does not extend to claims, damages, losses, or expenses to the extent they arise from TruIntel's own fraud or gross negligence, or from any liability that cannot be excluded under South African law.

20. Disputes & governing law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
• Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Johannesburg, South Africa, under the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA), with English as the language of arbitration.
• Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you by email and via a banner on the Platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must close your account before the effective date.

Information Officer (POPIA section 55)

The Information Officer of TW Technology Solutions (Pty) Ltd is the public officer of the company or such designate as may be appointed from time to time in terms of section 55 of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 and the Regulations thereunder. The Information Officer is responsible for encouraging compliance with POPIA, dealing with requests made to the company under POPIA, and working with the Information Regulator. Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe that TruIntel has processed your Personal Information in breach of POPIA, or that we have not adequately addressed a privacy concern you have raised with us, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the South African Information Regulator. Current contact details for the Regulator (including postal address, email, and complaint-submission portal) are published on the Regulator's website.

Users outside the Republic of South Africa may have additional rights under their local law, including the right to lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority (for example, a supervisory authority under the EU or UK GDPR).
