How do I book a session?

Open a mentor's profile, choose a session length and an open time, then confirm and pay. Your session shows up on your dashboard and calendar straight away.

What session lengths can I book?

Each mentor sets the lengths they offer, typically anywhere from 25 minutes to 2 hours. You'll see their options in the booking window, priced from their hourly rate.

How do I join the session room?

When it's nearly time, a "Join" button appears on your dashboard and calendar. The session room has video, a shared whiteboard, screen share and chat. A timer shows how long is left in your session.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds follow the tiered policy in our Terms (§10): cancel 24 hours or more before a session for a 100% refund, 4 to 24 hours before for 50%, and less than 4 hours before (or a no-show) is not refundable. If your mentor cancels at any time you get a full refund plus a 25% booking credit.

How do I leave a review?

After a session is completed, a "Leave a review" option appears on that session in your dashboard. Your rating helps other learners and gives the mentor feedback.
