Anyone can claim to be an expert online. TruIntel mentors have to show us first. This is the process every mentor goes through before they can teach, and what the badges on their profiles mean.
Every applicant records a short video introduction and submits their experience, specialties and rates. No anonymous profiles, no faceless listings.
Our team reviews each application by hand. A human reviews every application within 2 working days. The bar is simple: are they doing this work for a living right now? Applications that do not meet it are declined.
Mentors submit identity documents, which our team reviews before they can take a booking or receive a payout. The date on their badge shows when their review status last changed. Approved mentors are paid by PayPal Payouts in US Dollars, worldwide.
Vetting does not stop at sign-up. We track session ratings and responsiveness, and mentors are re-reviewed over time. Falling below the standard means losing the badge, or the platform.
Each signal on a mentor's card is earned, not self-declared. Here is how to read them.
This mentor submitted identity documents that our team reviewed. The month and year show when their review status was last updated, so you can see the badge is current, not historic.
New, Rising, Established and Pro reflect a mentor's verified level and track record on TruIntel. A New mentor is fully vetted but still building their history here. Rising, Established and Pro mentors have progressively deeper records of completed sessions and consistent quality.
Mentors with this marker have recorded a personal introduction. Open their profile to watch it before you book, and hear how they teach in their own words.
Some mentors offer a discounted first session so you can test the fit before committing. The percentage shown is set by the mentor.
Our identity review checks the documents each mentor submits. It is not a biometric identity check or a criminal-record check, and it is not a guarantee of teaching outcomes. If anything about a mentor or a session concerns you, report it to the TruIntel Support Desk and our team will investigate.
Ready when you are.
